Sauna Suite

The Sauna Suite is a detached building within the Lighthouse grounds and is the largest of the guestrooms. Originally an outhouse building, the conversion to a luxury suite complete with sauna gives this suite a singular edge. French doors lead to a private flagstone patio with splendid sea views across to Croagh Patrick, Ireland’s most famous holy mountain.

The Sauna was voted as being in the “Top 10“saunas of the world with a spectacular view. Unfortunately, it is out of commission now.

It has timber flooring with underfloor heating and a freestanding wood burning stove.

Our resident caretaker will light the freestanding stove, if required.
