Dining
Lighthouse Keepers traditionally brought enough dried goods to keep them alive for the two months of their posting. This Lighthouse was considered a luxury posting as there was a small shop on the island. The small shop is still here, where provisions can be purchased.
We offer a healthy continental Lighthouse breakfast for €10 per guest.
Locally produced frozen meals (meat, fish or vegetable dish) can also be purchased for self preparation in our kitchen.
A selection of white / red wines and soft drinks are available for purchase.
Our well-equipped kitchen in the main house with its large refectory pitch pine table and 5 ring SMEG gas cooker is the perfect place for cooking and casual dining.
A more formal place to eat is in the elegant “Dining Room” with Georgian mahogany table and chairs.
Our light flooded “Conservatory” with great views is an alternative to enjoy meals and drinks.
